**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Fire Door Carpenter include, but are not limited to:

- Installation of Fire Door Sets
- All aspects of fire door maintenance
- Working in a team and also independently when require
- Liaise with management team on a daily basis.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Fire Door Carpenter are:

- Proven experience working as a Carpenter carrying out maintenance to fire doors and fitting fire doors.
- Experience in working in residential settings.
- A good understanding of BS 8214, BS 9999 & industry products.
- A strong ability to communicate a be resourceful.
- An eye for detail with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Own tools.
- Knowledge/Awareness of Health and Safety on site.
