A vacancy has arisen within our Earth Moving After Sales department based in Bathgate for an **After Sales Supervisor**. The role contributes to the success of Liebherr-Great Britain through the effective supervision of Field Service Engineer’s time and workloads. The role will strive to ensure administrative procedures are adhered to and developed whilst working within the Company’s key result areas**:Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.**

**Your Responsibilities as an After Sales Supervisor**:

- Actively ensures all customer requests and requirements are received and dealt with in a timely manner, while keeping the customer informed at all stages of the process.
- Actively participates in the opening/closing of jobs, checking, and processing of time sheets, inspection reports, defect letters and Oil Sampling while ensuring identified/outstanding work is recorded and discussed with the customer in a timely manner.
- Maintains communication with Engineers, internal departments, suppliers, and customers to keep them fully informed and advised regarding the progress of jobs/parts.
- Liaises with the Parts warehouse team to co-ordinate the delivery of spare parts and pro-actively chase parts delays through the escalation procedure.
- Ensures that unused new parts, warranty parts or service exchange parts are returned, cleaned, and labelled to the relevant department from related jobs, and are accompanied by accurate and complete documentation.
- Manages the product modification programmes (SI’s) to ensure timely delivery to the customer and meeting factory deadlines.
- Consistently achieve your local After Sales and profitability targets by continually ensuring Parts and Service Estimates are supplied/recorded in a timely manner to ensure Sales Growth and by ensuring effective WIP management / daily invoicing.
- Supports the After Sales Manager ensuring the quality system requirements are maintained with tool and equipment issue and updates calibration records to adhere to the policy statement.
- Supports the After Sales Manager ensuring that the depot is compliant in all areas, including but not limited to, asset registers, asset inspections and servicing, signage and emergency drills.

**To be successful in the After Sales Supervisor role**:

- Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and / or industry.
- Team player with a flexible approach to work.
- Good communicator at all levels.
