As a mobile Gardener at Guinness, you will be responsible for providing high quality garden services to several of our housing schemes. Predominantly overseeing our schemes in Havant and the surrounding areas. There will be times when you will be expected to cover other areas within Wiltshire, but company van will be used for travel when this is necessary. All PPE will be provided by Guinness.

**_ This exciting opportunity is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week with an offer of a Welcome Bonus_**

**Some of the key duties involved are**:

- Gardening work including lawn mowing/Lawn care, border management, hedge cutting, planting & pruning and strimming.
- Litter picking
- Bin store management when necessary

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
- No weekend working

**Requirements**:
As you will be interacting with our customers and colleagues, we are looking for someone who has good customer service skills with the ability to work both within a team and on your own. You will also have:

- Understanding and familiarity with the key aspects of gardening and how to safely use maintenance equipment/power tools.
- _A full, clean UK Driving License._

**_We are offering a Welcome Bonus is payable in 2 parts. £500 is paid in your first month’s salary and £500 is paid when you pass your probation. To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus you must be an external applicant and not currently employed by The Guinness Partnership_**
