As part of your role as Factory Operator you will be required to perform below **duties**:

- Operate and monitor process equipment in a food production environment
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal production levels
- Complete necessary documentation and recordkeeping accurately and timely
- Weighing and checking raw materials before production and maintaining a clean environment.
- You will be required to taste the final product as part of this role. You will be exposed to heavy lifting and prolonged standing.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of food production processes and procedures is desirable
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles and practices
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities is essential
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
