You will not necessarily need experience for this vital sleep in role, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. You will be part of a team that is supporting our independent living residents. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills and support you'll need.
**All we’ll need you to bring is;**

- Confidence to lone work
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Confidence in the use of computers
- Driving Licence and use of a car (preferable)
**Shift Patterns**
As we're dedicated to providing around-the-clock support tailored to the needs of each individual resident You will be expected to have the flexibility to work on a rota covering nights inc some weekends and public holidays. However, we will ensure that your rota is balanced. Our sleep-ins are not included in your contracted hours, so you’ll receive an additional sleepover payment of **£45 **per night for each sleep-in worked.
