That’s why we are looking for a BI Analyst (People Reporting) with a passion for collaborating, data and providing a first-class level of communication.
The BI Analyst (People Reporting) will be responsible for accessing, extracting, and manipulating of large datasets from several data sources toward creating reports and visualisations dashboards in Tableau. Other responsibilities include supporting the teamwith ad hoc projects and responding to information requests.

**As our BI Analyst (People Reporting), you will**:

- Work within an agile framework to deliver high quality & trusted reporting and analysis that inform real improvements and decision making across the business.
- Actively contribute to maintaining the BI dashboards, utilizing the latest software updates to improve user experience.
- Support stakeholders with all required people reporting needs.
- Work closely with other analysts to ensure outputs are consistent and to a high standard.
- Produce and maintain to a high standard, and consistent with the BI team best practice guidelines, performance reports in Tableau.
- Timely delivery of stakeholder reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Collaborate with other People Reporting Analysts to achieve completion of sprint backlog.

**To succeed as a BI Analyst (People Reporting), you will need**:

- Use of Business Intelligence tools, particularly Tableau, for data exploration, analysis and visualisation.
- Understanding of, rather than experience in, the whole BI stack.
- Exposure to various analytical techniques such as time series analysis, cluster analysis, and predictive modelling techniques.
- Experience of working within a high energy BI/MI environment.
- Excellent Excel Skills
