Traffic Planner

Freight Movement are a transport and Logistics business based in Rogerstone, Newport NP10 9FQ.

We have over 20 years of business experience in the transport, logistics and warehousing sector and are experiencing continued growth, with additional depots in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and Avonmouth near Bristol, so we are looking to add to our team.

We require to employ a Traffic Planner to work within our busy Newport transport office,

In the role you will be required to deal with vehicle routing, driver instruction, customer advices and enquiries.

An in-depth knowledge of HGV operation and driver hours legalisation will be required. Excellent geographical knowledge of the Newport and Cardiff postcode areas will be advantageous.

The position is both **busy **and **rewarding** and covers all aspects of transport planning, the person will be someone who can work on their own initiative and work as part of a team.

Your hours of work will be on a fixed shift of

10am to 7.30pm with 1/2 hour break per day - 45 hour week

Monday to Friday with possible Saturday shift as and when the business requires.
