We are launching Lilienblum our new Israeli / modern Mediterranean family style sharing restaurant in April this year in Shoreditch. As part of the launch we are looking to build the opening team and are now recruiting for our Barbacks.

The restaurant is open Monday - Friday for lunch and dinner meaning your weekends will be free unless we have a private hire.

We pride ourselves on recruiting diverse and interesting personalities that are passionate about food to create a workplace that is full of good vibes, where our team can be their best authentic selves.

Your key responsibilities will be to support the Bartender team during service, making sure every one enjoys a unique, fun and personalised service.

**The Role**
- Have good menu knowledge and provide detailed information when asked including allergens information
- Washing glasses and store them in the correct place according to our standards
- Overseeing the dish washer’s maintenance and ensure it is cleaned daily
- Restocking the bars as required by the bar team
- Keeping the bar and BOH areas clean and tidy, including the area behind the bar counter
- Ensuring that at the end of the shift the bars are deep cleaned every time
- Helping with receiving deliveries and storing goods
- Preparing fruit, garnishes and homemade syrups and bitters in collaboration with the bar team
- Preparing alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and coffee for our guests when required
