As a member of our established Factoring Team you will be responsible for delivering high quality cleaning and estate maintenance management in communal blocks across communities in the Scottish Borders.

**Salary: c£21k to £23k per annum**
**Location: Selkirk, Scottish Borders**

**Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week**
**Closing Date: Monday 20th May 2024**

**The Role**:
The main focus of this role is delivering a high standard of cleaning and estate maintenance management within communal blocks across communities in Scottish Borders.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and maintaining stairwells in communal blocks
- Litter picking on external communal areas of blocks
- Report repairs in communal areas
- Report concerns within the Neighbourhood to the local Housing Officer
- Promote safe behaviours and take responsibility for ensuring that the Association’s policies and procedures for Health & Safety at Work are observed throughout the organisation.

Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Have excellent customer care skills
- Be able to work with minimum supervision and to a high standard with great attention to detail
- Be an ambassador for SBHA representing the organisation professionally at all times
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a Team
- Have a full and valid UK driving licence and access to own transport
