**Job Description** You will have a lot of autonomy and a lot of responsibility. This means you will have the freedom and flexibility to constantly test new things. You will be able to see your experiments through and reap the rewards when those experiments succeeds

The role (as with most of the team) is super flexible, and you'll have the freedom to choose when and where you work from - hybrid, remote, in-person, or some combination of all of those. Our office in Soho is a great hub where the team can get together,brain storm, have fun, throw ideas around, and get creative. Ideally, all of our team members would be in the office at least once a week; when your mission is to supercharge entertainment, face to face collaboration is invaluable We think the Content Creatorrole would require quite a bit of office time to execute it well, so bonus points if you'd love to work mostly in-person.

Flexible working doesn't mean working will be more relaxed than other companies. In fact, we have super high productivity standards and expectations. We can't really move the needle if we aren't putting in the effort. That's why we are looking for peoplewho are seriously committed to our cause.

Some of your duties:

- Content creation (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Social media strategy (incorporating budget expectations)
- Feedback insightful data from social to help new product development

You should be a proficient video editor and storyteller and be super familiar with major social apps. We're particularly interested in producing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, but you'd be owning the entire social media presence,which is pretty much non-existent at the moment, which makes this a great opportunity to put your own stamp on a growing brand.

We aren't looking for a specific type or amount of experience though, and would actually much prefer to see personal experience and interest in the field of video content outside of your previous employment. (As well as, of course, an interest in tabletopgames)

We need someone to come in and not be afraid to tell us what we are doing wrong, what we can do better, and make suggestions that will fundamentally drive the business forward.

- The team are independent thinkers with strong opinions that they can back up with evidence
- The team enjoy research and building up strong knowledge in their areas of focus
- It is hard to have strong, well-evidenced opinions and knowledge in areas of focus without direct experience in similar areas
