Trainer - Ref: R00174

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver training (in-person and remotely) directly to end users or as a Train-the-Trainer programme to all VoCoVo customers, third-party support partners and In-Store end users
- Utilise feedback and learnings to track and enhance the success of training delivered
- Deliver induction product training for all new VoCoVo employees as part of a consistent onboarding process
- Forge and nurture robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the success of training delivered
- Contribute to the scoping and creation of digital training resources developed by the business. Engage in live studio sessions to script, storyboard, and record captivating content alongside the creative team.
- Work with learning management systems to upload online learning materials, evaluate completion and troubleshoot problems
- Support the roll-out of new products by supporting in the development of training materials and delivery of content to internal stakeholders and external customers
- Ensure training aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines, upholding compliance standards

**Key Requirements**
- You have a minimum of 1 year training experience
- You have an understanding and passion for adult learning styles and techniques with the ability to adapt accordingly
- Language Skills - German, Spanish or French desirable
- You carry the VoCoVo values with pride in all communications to all stakeholders
- You’re flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements
- You’re engaging and enthusiastic
- You’re confident in presenting to both small
- and large-scale audiences
- You have strong IT skills, Apple products and Google Suite a bonus
- You possess strong relationship building skills
- You hold a full UK driving license

Responsible for the delivery of expert product knowledge during best-in-class training for retail customers and support partners based across the UK, Europe and America. The objective is to enable their confident adoption and optimised use of all hardware and software products.
