Temporary Production Operative

We are looking to recruit Temporary Production Operatives for our busy manufacturing site in Liverpool, working rotational shifts.

The temporary production operative will be required to participate fully as a member of the production team, ensuring that all production requirements are met to the required standards.

**Key Tasks**:
To carry out all tasks in accordance with set work instructions and works orders

To operate machinery and adjust operating parameters to ensure that products conform to specification and achieve maximum productivity.

To operate at agreed levels of output to achieve productivity targets.

To maintain hygiene standards in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice and Company hygiene rules.

Responsible for complying with health and safety rules and ensuring you are working safely and effectively.

To report incidents of machine malfunction or non-conforming raw materials or any other incident which might result in non-conforming finished product.

To complete quality records legibly, accurately and at defined intervals.

To carry out routine quality checks, to ensure conformance with specification.

To undertake routine maintenance tasks.

To carry out work related to product and size changes.

To carry out calibration checks on scales, checkweighers and metal detectors.

To participate in training and development activities as needs are identified.

To comply with all Company policies and procedures.

To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Line Leader.

Due to the nature of our operation, there may be times when elements of this role may vary.
