Scope of Role:
As a **Regional Technical Specialist,** you'll be the go-to expert for our MFP products, fostering a can-do attitude and creating strong working relationships across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing all Sharp Business Systems UK support sites, ensuring information is current and easily accessible.
- Providing technical product training, both face-to-face and online, and developing your training courses on relevant products.
- Managing and supporting dealers and direct teams, identifying training needs and resolving technical issues.
- Adapting to changing circumstances and supporting your team members as needed.
- Showcasing your expertise at sales and technical conferences, introducing new dealers to the world of Sharp.
- Maintaining regular contact with teams in your specified area, ensuring they have access to the latest technical information and training.

Objectives for Role:
Your objectives as a Regional Technical Specialist will be to ensure that all Sharp dealers and partners have access to the latest technical knowledge, training, and support. You'll be responsible for providing solutions and bridging the gap between technical challenges and successful outcomes.

Personal Specification:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication at all levels.
- The ability to deliver technical training courses to a technical audience, ensuring knowledge transfer.
- A strong understanding of the Xerographic process.
- Logical fault-finding skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience in supporting MFP products, encompassing both hardware and connectivity, or similar technical environments.
