Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Veterinary receptionist to join our customer care team. We are currently a three-vet independent small animal practice close to Bristol and Bath on the edge of the Mendip Hills. We are a busy small animal practice, no OOH and 1:3 weekends (Saturday morning’s only)

We are a well-equipped practice and have a lovely supportive team. Lots of edible treats regularly available in the staff room.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with a shared rota and 1:3 weekends, Saturday mornings only.

We are looking for someone who is good with time management, organisational skills, telephone manner and customer care.

Please note we can only respond to applicants who either have previous veterinary experience or customer care experience.

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£19,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
