Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments
- Verifying insurance coverage and updating patient information
- Collecting payments and handling billing inquiries
- Responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus, but not essential.
