AJ Chambers is working with a regional law firm, looking to recruit for their Private Client department. They are seeking an NQ to join their Peterborough office. Key Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on Wills, probate and estate planning matters
- Drafting and preparing Wills, trusts and other estate planning documents
- Dealing with probate and administration of estates
- Negotiating and resolving estate disputes
- Meet the firm’s billing and performance targets

Key Requirements:

- Qualified as a Solicitor or Barrister
- Excellent legal knowledge and experience in Wills and Probate law
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
