Shop Supervisor

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and lead a team of retail staff to ensure smooth shop operations
- Provide guidance and support to staff, including training and development
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Drive sales by promoting products and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Supervise cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Uphold company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff
- Proven leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
- Sales management experience with a focus on achieving targets
- Proficiency in bilingual communication is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £9.14-£12.85 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
