I am currently working with a forward-thinking agency that always delivers, combining the power of smart thinking, relationships, and big data to connect customers to brands and brands to customers through owned, earned, shared, and paid channels.

The **SEO Account Manager** must be an established and proven expert in SEO with expertise in all relevant areas and a strategic approach to organic search. This role requires an understanding of how channels interact and complement each other,as well as the technical skills to execute high-performance SEO campaigns and a proven ability to cross-sell or upsell to clients.

**Campaign Strategy & Management**
- Work closely with clients to understand their business, digital needs, and priorities
- Collaborate with the Head of SEO and Account Director to ensure all accounts have a performance and commercially driven strategy
- Ensure that the team are constantly at the forefront of industry developments and trial new tactics for clients when appropriate
- Ensure all activity meets or exceeds the client’s performance expectations
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for day-to-day communication, regular calls, and ad hoc requests

Delivery & Line Management
- Manage junior team members to ensure work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target, and on time
- Conduct quality control of work by junior and operational team members

Departmental Development
- Work with the Head of SEO and Account Director across a range of tasks to further the scale, capabilities offering, including:

- ­ Recruitment
- ­ Training plans
- ­ New business (preparation and attendance)
- ­ Technology and automation

Experience
- At least 3 years of working in SEO
- Proven track record of delivering projects and results for clients with monthly budgets of £5,000+
- Proven track record of achieving ecommerce targets (traffic, sales and revenue volume)
- Proven track record of developing junior team members
- Proven track record of bringing efficiency to client activity in terms of both performance and resource levels
- Experience of executing campaigns within Paid Media channels beneficial
- Proven ability to cross/up sell

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of wider digital channels and environment
- Ability to independently research news stories, industry developments or opportunities and relay these to the wider business - we are looking for pro-active individuals
- Exceptional level of English, both written and spoken
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including use and creation of Excel formula

**Salary**: £35,000 - £45,000

**Location**: Central London (3/2 office hybrid split)
