Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
- Process sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers
- Assist with sales reporting and data analysis as needed

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in sales administration or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Basic IT skills to troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
