Our client is a well-established Freight Forwarder. With over 30+years experience. They are an International Forwarder offering Sea, Road + Air. AEO Accredited.

This freight forwarding company provides a full freight forwarding. With the freight expertise and support of their staff, they are capable of finding solutions to their customers ever-changing logistics requirements.

Key Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

Outstanding phone-based skills (both cold calling and working with warm leads)
Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Tenacious, resilient and confident person
Professional, credible and comfortable building strong, working relationships with key customers around the business and within customer accounts
Motivated by results, with a proven track record of meeting/beating targets you must thrive on a challenge and have a determination to succeed
Capable of using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and creating urgency where required.
Good organisational skills with the ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
