**Purpose**:
To provide a security service at the working location in line with the Assignment Instructions and client requirements in order to protect the client’s employees, property and other assets. To deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate **Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Access Control - Ensure service users, contractors, visitors, and client staff are correctly screened for authorisation to access the property
- Ensure residents receive clear guidance and precise guidance is given when managing
- Attend meal service to ensure smooth delivery and challenging any antisocial behaviour being a physical presence/deterrent.
- Communicating any irregularities to the
- Ensure the safety of Staff, Service Users, contractors, and
- Ensuring compliance with site and government
- Escorting services at agreed period with onsite client team or as directed by the security manager.
- Following procedures for various initiatives including fire presenting, traffic control and accident investigations.
- Guarding valuables in a secure area
- Liaise with client in respect of Serious incidents.
- Maintaining an incident report record.
- Supporting Client teams during incidents.
- Monitor/manage key and vulnerable access points - e.g main/rear entrances, fire exits, secured ground floor windows in communal spaces/restrictions
- Monitoring CCTV where applicable (door & vehicle entry)
- Protecting the company’s and client assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
- Provide additional support to the client when attending the site
- Regular internal and external patrols, keeping logs and reporting concerns and incidents
- Reporting non-compliance with occupancy to housing officer (e.g., smoking in Room)
- Respond to all alarm activities and emergencies as directed
- Actively works towards ambitious personal goals, demonstrates enthusiasm and energy toward all aspects of
- Takes responsibility for one’s own personal impact and development, focusing on increasing self-awareness
- Patrolling and securing the premises
- Shows respect for individual differences and perspectives amongst colleagues
- Identifies problems within own area of remit and takes responsibility for finding a solution regardless of the causes

**Essential Skills**:

- SIA License Essential
- 5-year checkable education / work history
