**Role Overview**

**Security Supervisor - Slough**
- To work as part of a team ensuring that service delivery is in line with the service schedule of requirements as contracted by the client.- These are high profile sites, and the standards required by G4S and the customer are of the highest order.- The role works on a pattern of 5 days per week on a Monday - Friday basis. Due to operational requirements this will include public holidays and some weekends as and when required.**Operations**:
Perform the daily/weekly operational routine, which includes:
- Post duties - including access and egress of persons and vehicles.
- Production of written and oral reports, ensuring compliance to client and company procedures.
- Front of house duties when required.
- Physical deterrent to the site
- Patrolling of the building, both internal and external areas
- Assisting other areas of the operation when required to do so. E.g., Local Security Console - Access Card Administration - Customer Administration.
- Management of Local Security Team - Security Officers.
- Disciplinary Processes
- Security Officer Counselling.

**Profile**

**Educational Requirements/Qualifications**
- Proficient Maths and English

**Experience**
- Proven experience in security
- Control room operations experience - advantageous
- First aid qualification - advantageous
- Good understanding of all Security / H&S procedures

**Skills and abilities**
- Diplomatic / clear communicator
- IT competent
- To be competent in delivering 1st aid in high pressure situation

**Personal qualities**
- Highest levels of integrity and professionalism required at all times.
- Corporate image

**Professional Qualifications/Memberships**
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence / Front line SG licence
- SIA CCTV Licence advantageous
