**Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate sales agreements with clients.
- Provide advice to clients on the best options for their needs.
- Maintain a good working relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Keep up to date with market trends and changes in legislation.
- Carry out outside appointments so ability to drive and own vehicle preferred.
- Prepare and present marketing materials for properties.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hornsea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
