**About the role**

As a Warehouse Yardperson, you will be part of a great team who work in a fast-paced environment. You have sound knowledge of basic Health and Safety; hold a counterbalance licence and you are a team player with strong personal qualities. You will be responsible for recycling waste, including bailing waste cardboard, you will also be maintaining a clean and tidy yard, cleaning cages and loading and unloading vehicles. You will need a can-do attitude, be able to work as part of a Team and have great attention to detail.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining a clean and tidy yard
- Recycling waste
- Cleaning cages
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Health and Safety procedures must be met to all the times.
- Good attention to detail and high standards when it comes to H&S
- Counterbalance Fork truck licence is essential, PPT and Reach truck would be an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong personal qualities and a positive, courteous, and calm approach to your work.
- Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
