**Salary & Shifts of a Commercial Sales Assistant**:
**Salary**: £23,500 - £25,000 depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Friday 8am to 1pm

**Skills & Requirements of a Commercial Sales Assistant**:

- Proven experience within a Sales Support role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer focused and proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask in a high-pressured environment
- Proven track record of price and margin calculations

**Role of a Commercial Sales Assistant**:

- Provide all commercial data required for customer visits
- Responding to customer requests in a timely and accurate manner and send relevant information to customers and distributors in the territory
- Prepare proposals and quotes and following up where necessary
- Informing customers in relation to any potential order and delivery issues
- Establishing price lists and enter monthly sales
- Collecting data for the budget forecast
- Managing travel arrangement for the Sales Managers
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of battery development
- Managing the agreements put in place by Sales Manager
- Using CRM to support the Sales Manager logging new customers/PSR's and quotes
- Managing smaller/simple customers with Sales Manager support
