We are a plumbing and heating company serving the new build sector and we are looking for a highly motivated Bookeeper to cover the below duties.
Our office is based in Dunton, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 8RH
- Assisting the compliance team with data entry/bookkeeping
- Bank Reconciling
- Invoicing
- Employee Salaries
- Vehicle & Fuel Card Management
- Company Insurances (Annually)
- Good working knowledge of Xero essential
- Completion of VAT returns for review by Manager
- Completion & submission of monthly CIS returns
- Proficient in use of MS office suites such as Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Able to maintain a positive environment in the office
- Excellent organisational skills and manage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Office based role
- Working hours: Flexible - To be agreed
- 15-20 Per hours a week
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
**Salary**: £11,700.00-£17,680.00 per year
