Street Lighting Supervisor

FM Conway is currently seeking a **Street Lighting Supervisor** to join our Street Lighting division. This is a permanent, full time position based from Dartford, Kent working on our prestigious contracts across a range of boroughs in Central London including Westminster and our TfL contract. As our **Street Lighting Supervisor** you will ensure that all site works are executed in a timely and efficient manner whilst liaising with clients, authorities, suppliers, sub-contractors and the public. You will ensure that the correct licenses and permits are in place as well as manage a team of operatives.
**The duties of the role will include**:
- Ensuring portfolios and other documentation is maintained to the required standard to retain accreditation to the relevant industrial bodies
- Preparing and updating health and safety plans, method statements, risk assessments, SSOW and environmental plans, ensuring that all new sites or new work orders have the appropriate documentation in place
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety alerts, daily briefings, safety tours and near miss reporting are completed as per company requirements
- Planning work and resources, building programs and spending profiles whilst also updating spreadsheets
- Recording, monitoring and maintaining records of plant, labour and materials and to assist in monthly internal commercial reporting and external contract performance reporting
**What skills and experience do you need?**
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of contract supervision within the Street Lighting industry. You will hold a G39 certification, CSCS, SSTS and you will be a HEA qualified Supervisor. In addition you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a collaborative manner and a strong customer focus.
