Fryer

Award winning Fish & Chip Shop Molloys are seeking a Fryer to join our team on a full or part time basis. Applicants MUST have previous EXPERIENCE, be reliable, hardworking and keen to improve their skills.

As a Fryer, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various types of fried foods.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook fried foods such as chips, freshly battered fish, and onion rings
- Monitor oil temperature and adjust as needed
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is safe for consumption
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Clean and maintain fryer equipment
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

**Experience**:

- Prior experience working in a commercial kitchen is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
