**About The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Warehouse Key Operative** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a global business with a £2 billion + turnover.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure the rotation and collection of stock and packaging to ensure that all required products are delivered to the line in preparation for packing in with the production plan and Company specifications for both flowers and plants.
- Ensure stock is correctly picked in line with stock rotation and taken to the lines ensuring adherence to the production plan.
- Maintain and improve full service to the factory to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
- Ensure correct stock rotation, taking into account stock age and production requirements and highlight any areas of concern to the Line Leader.
- Ensure all checks are correctly completed and all documentation is compliant with Company guidelines.
- Ensure all pallet movements are correctly scanned onto the system through the audit process.
- Ensure all products are scan picked and ensuring adherence to the production plan and Company specifications.
- Communicate any quality, technical or Health & Safety issues.
- Deputise for the Line Leader in their absence and ensure the continued efficiency of the team.
- To optimise the use of company resources and comply with the Company policy and procedures

**What are we looking for?**
- Good level of understanding of the English language
- **Fork Lift Truck licence**:

- Understanding of health and safety policies in the work place
- Basic Food Hygiene Level 1
- The ability to work quickly and methodically
- Good team working skills
- The ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
- The ability to follow instructions
- An awareness of Health & Safety
- A willingness to work flexibly
- Willing to take any training required for this role
