**Menu Process Executive**

**Role purpose**

To manage the day-to-day co-ordination of the menu development process within the food team and to play a pivotal role in the management of data within the recipe system.

In this role you will support our Food Development team with administrative tasks throughout the menu development process. Working as part of a team of 10 who develop menus for our managed pub estate of 2,500+ venues, this varied and exciting administration role will give you plenty of opportunity to spend time in our test kitchen taste testing This role is based in our Burton on Trent office.

**Responsibilities**
- Data input and maintenance of the recipe database system
- Cell communication between menu development, technical, purchasing, supply chain, specification, and brand teams
- Diary management of all process meetings
- Publish relevant process reports to the relevant team in line with the process map
- Attend check-in meetings and till tests.
- Manage and monitor Pub Query System response within the food team
- Manage and monitor product set-up timeline across multiple departments
- Assist the menu development team in the creation of recipe builds
- Inform the Menu Process Manager of the status of all menu process timelines
- Produce supporting documents for key menu process meetings
- Assist Menu Specification Executive in the production of dish specification documents
