**Job Overview**

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Live-In Concierge to oversee the day-to-day operations of a retirement apartment complex. As the Live-In Concierge, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment for our residents, managing daily operations, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a liaison between residents and management to communicate any concerns or feedback.
- Conduct regular inspections of the common areas to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
- Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents and report any concerns to the appropriate persons
- Coordinate with management and external contractors as needed for repairs or maintenance.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking items as needed.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required to maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Participate in marketing and sales efforts by providing tours and information to potential residents and their families
- Ensure the safety and security of the building and its residents, including monitoring access and responding to emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist residents with day-to-day needs
- Assist with the general maintenance of the building, including scheduling and conducting minor repairs and reporting back to the management company
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, incidents and emergencies within the building

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Experience carrying out building maintenance works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Flexibility to be available to work unsocial hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with seniors or in a retirement complex
- First aid and CPR certification

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
