**About the role**

Your main responsibilities will be to ensure outstanding money is collected on time whilst ensuring customer retention levels are high.
- Build and maintain lasting relationship with customers
- Manage timely cash collections
- Proactively resolve queries in a timely manner,
- Supporting and collaboratively working with other departments and stakeholders
- Evaluate credit risk of potential customers
- Maintenance of account receivable ledger
- Provide weekly and monthly reports
- Resolving problems in relation to invoice payments

**Key Skills**
- Ideally previous experience within a B2B credit/ collections role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to build positive working relationships
