The Lounge family is growing We are looking for an Affiliate Executive to join our growing digital marketing team who can join us on this exciting journey and hit the ground running.

As an Affiliate Executive, you will work closely with our Head of Search and Affiliates to really help drive forward growth and excellence by supporting on end to end campaign management working closely on the strategy and how that translates to each publisher, managing our publisher roster and ensuring they have everything they need for execution & working closely with our Affiliate network to report, analyse and optimise the channel for growth and share of voice. You'll be working on core localisation elements that allow us to seek competitive advantages and keep expanding our Affiliate capabilities. You'll be involved in creating, optimising and reporting on territory and account performance, whilst investigating ways we continue to scale, being a core part of the digital marketing team in achieving our goals - keeping growth and efficiency at the heart of everything we do.
As a growing brand we need to sustainably out-innovate our competition. Within your role as an Affiliate Executive, you will be involved in continuing to drive forward strong digital marketing practices, ensuring we are creative, innovative whilst looking for ways we can improve core metrics including share of voice, ROI & CTR.
**What we need of you**:
- Work closely with the Head of Search & Affiliates and our Affiliate network to actively seek and unlock growth opportunities to gain share of voice in the affiliate landscape
- Manage the relationships with our Student Programme to continue to build a community and scale this audience
- Optimise our feeds to ensure success for CSS partners
- Manage our Publisher Roster building strong relationships with them and ensuring there is full end-to-end management of each campaign and opportunity
- Build and send press releases, communicating current trends, campaigns and product launches to content publishers globally
- Optimise and Report on territory and account performance, whilst investigating ways we continue to scale, putting forward analytical recommendations on post campaign analysis, competitor monitoring and auditing
- Manage the validation of sales data utilising core excel skills
- Work on core localisation elements that allow us to seek competitive advantages and keep expanding our Affiliate capabilities
- Have a creative approach, ensuring every touchpoint with the customer stands out from the competition, and engages our Gen Z audience.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, eCommerce strategies, and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
