Come and join us at Duart Castle on the beautiful Isle of Mull on the west coast of Scotland

Open from 1st April to the 18th October, we are seeking people who will complete the whole season. One could start in May.

We serve good coffee and bake delicious treats

We also have our own vegetable garden for making our soups and salads.

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic people to join our team
TEAROOM ASSISTANT:
**What we need from you**:

- To be able to work in different areas of the tearoom including the kitchen(food preparation/kitchen porter/runner)and Front of House.
- To carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standards
- To Welcome and serve customers
- Till operation
- Cash Handling
- To deliver the highest standards in service and presentation

**Desired work experience**:

- To have experience with waiting and food preparation is prefered but not essential
- To have previous restaurant/catering experience is a plus

Normal working hours will be 5 days a week, either 9:15 am to 5:15 pm - with ½ hour for lunch, which is provided. Or 8am to 4pm - with a 1/2 hours lunch break.

These hours may sometimes vary, with occasional work outside these hours sometimes required.

In the morning you will help with food preparation and once the tearoom is open, you will be Front of House to serve coffee,tea etc..

Your role at the Front of House, will be to welcome guests from all over the world with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient, delivering the best possible guest experience every time.

Training will be given where needed.

Accommodation is available on site. Couples are welcome

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.50 per hour
