**What you’ll be doing**:
In this role you will be based in the community providing the Care Link service to older and vulnerable people to enable them to live independently and safely in the community. You will connect older and vulnerable people to the Care Link service providing demonstrations and installing technology enabled care equipment in their homes. You will also promote and market the Care Link service both internally and externally.

**We are looking for applicants who have**:

- experience of partnership working with a range of agencies to deliver a quality service;
- self-motivation and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively;
- experience of working with older or vulnerable people; and
- experience in Technology Enabled Care (TEC), Housing or other customer focused service.

This post also requires applicants to hold a current, valid UK driving license with the ability to travel throughout the district.
