**About the role**:
We are thrilled to announce a new open position base in South Wales. As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising on site TLS/DTH Orica teams, plant and ancillary equipment in accordance with the service level agreement, corporate and regulatory standards and supervises the implementation of the Orica SHES requirements, as well as complete adoption of CHECKPOINT, and Quality programs.

**What you will be doing**:

- Responsible for client management, regularly communicates with them, seeking improvement opportunities in the services provided.
- Responsible for on-site team management, schedules daily activities to meet client needs, providing necessary support to employees.
- Documents and manages training activities, providing daily support to employees.
- Organizes and manages activity at client sites, providing analytical/decisional support to the area manager in the continuous improvement plan to reduce operational costs.
- Audits and inspects on-site operations to ensure regulatory requirements are met and executed safely, following company policies, and is responsible for effectively managing all external regulatory agency audits/inspections and implementing necessary action plans.
- Assists in preparing budgets for fixed costs, capital expenses, personnel, equipment requirements, and an updated resource model.

**What you will bring**:

- 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Experience as Shotfirer, explosive supervisor and explosives management is highly appreciated.
- Experience in team management
- Very good communication skills
