**_Working Hours - 40 hours per week between Monday and Sunday 7am-6pm on a rota basis_**

**Main purpose of the role**

Working as a part of a small (but growing) team, this busy role is to ensure that this premier auction site offers a clean, safe and maintained environment to staff, contactors and the public.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Adhoc maintenance jobs - minor repairs etc.
- Ability to carry of facilities duties - painting etc.
- Manual handling.
- General site cleaning / clearing.
- Diving site maintenance vehicles.
- Ground maintenance.

**To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you**:

- Full Driving Licence
- Experience / Interest in maintenance and facilities.
- Physically fit and used to working outdoors.
