**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Night Porter to join our team here at the hotel. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the overnight shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Checking guests in and out during overnight hours
- Monitoring the hotel and its surroundings for potential security issues
- Responding to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with housekeeping duties as needed
- Setting up breakfast and/or coffee service for early morning guests
- Completing various administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel software and computer systems
