**Job Description**:

- Work within the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to help deliver and implement the CI strategy.
- Facilitating improvement activities
- Understand and generate measures CI metrics and KPIs
- Work with CI team leaders to prepare for and co-ordinate CI activities
- Engaging team members in the identification of improvement opportunities
- Data management of the QMS system
- Generate factory data to highlight areas where improvement is needed
- Graduate in Business Management, Supply Chain, or similar is essential
- Familiar with MS Excel advanced level
- Previous work experience or CI experience is desired
- Data Analysis experience
- Strong Communication Skills

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 Hours Per Week

**Salary**: £21,000 Per Annum
