Hours: 40 hours ( Monday - Friday) inclusive of one hour paid lunch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head of Marketing with production art working assignments
- Edit videos for all platforms
- Engage with followers on social platforms (mainly Instagram & TikTok) for 20-30 minutes daily to boost engagement
- Publish news features on the company website
- Add yachts to the website, create descriptions using ChatGPT, fact-check, and update spreadsheets
- Create Ankor itineraries and collate text for designing work (training provided)
- Assist with proposals
- Monitor Google Analytics for traffic spikes
- Design company stationery, signage, and print media
- Assist with photography, image searches, and selections
- Develop custom yacht itineraries
- Support ongoing website SEO and analytics
- Help the Business Assistant with client profiling and lead research
- Manage simple design, artwork production, and marketing briefs
- Liaise with printers and suppliers, handle orders, process admin, and organise deliveries
- Undertake other tasks and special assignments as required

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High levels of computer literacy
- Hard-working with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to summarise complex issues in a reader-friendly style
- Responsible and reliable
- Experience and aptitude in customer service
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, attend work events out of office hours, and travel for short periods with notice
- Experience working under tight deadlines and with short turnarounds
- Ability to adapt to changing workplace demands
- Proven longevity in previous roles
