**Job Description**:
Job Title: Breakfast Server

Location: St Andrews, Fife

Contract: Permanent, Flexible hours (35-40 hours per week)

As Breakfast server you will take responsibility for the service of Breakfast and maximise customer satisfaction through anticipating guest requests, responding to special requests positively.

What you will be doing:

- To take table orders for all food and beverage from the guests
- To work behind the bar as a bar server on occasions, and to supervise the smooth running of the outlet
- To attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs and to remain in the bar at all times during service
- To ensure smooth running of each table
- Help to ensure the smooth running of all guests requirements and needs on each table
- Set out tables ready for next guests
- Clear away any used crockery, cutlery etc
- On occasions, be allocated to the buffets to check for replenishment, cleanliness and respond to guest requests
- To serve all food and beverage from the bars/kitchen for the guests using the correct equipment and agreed systems provided
- To serve guests in a professional and positive manner
- To take orders from guests if required, using the systems and processes agreed
- To manage the guest water bottling system
- Assist with cleaning and restocking of minibars
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not essential
- Detail orientated
