The Role

To assist the Customer Service Team and Territory Account Manager in achieving monthly sales quota, by exceeding call targets for successfully contacting agreed customer portfolio, building relationships and rapport to provide guidance on products, services, and process for lapsed, new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieving the required level of outbound calls to grow profitable business and achieve targets
- Develop a structured ‘outbound call plan’ based on customer order frequency and requirements
- Building relationships with lapsed, existing and potential customers to establish trust and rapport
- Demonstrate superior product/service knowledge to support our customers
- Secure new business leads/recovered business
- To proactively support and demonstrate the company values
- Order entry and quote administration for agreed portfolio
- Customer relationship management/ Contract management
- Recording of customer requirements regarding the modification of products and services
- Provide information about the quality of products and services
