**Lettings lister job responsibilities**
- Generating new business
- Identifying potential new customers/additional properties
- Creating opportunities for those customers
- Building relationships with those customers
- Creating new business with those customers
- Booking and carrying out market appraisals
- Adding new properties to personal and company lettings portfolio
- Reviewing and re-letting properties in existing portfolio
- Attending, managing and conducting lettings viewings as required
- General administrative duties

**What it takes to be an lettings lister**
- Outstanding confidence and exceptional written and verbal communication, in person and on the phone
- Confidence to make calls to potential customers
- Initiative to close deals with customers
- A strong focus on service quality and customer service
- Solid computer competence, able to use multiple programs
- A strong sense of professional standards
- A will to succeed and to grow
- Property experience NOT essential
- Sales experience required

- **Earn over 50k with commission scheme**:

- 40 hour working week (Monday to Friday), 1 in 4 Saturdays
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, plus birthday
- Clean driving licence required

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
