Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Brick layer to join our team. As a Brick Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing brickwork and other structures using various masonry techniques. This is a hands-on position that requires expertise in bricklaying and the ability to work with both hand and power tools.

**Duties**:

- Lay bricks in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Construct walls, partitions, arches, and other structures using bricks, mortar, and other masonry materials
- Cut and shape bricks using hand tools or power tools
- Repair damaged brickwork or masonry structures
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters or roofers, to complete projects

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to bricklaying
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings
- Attention to detail and precision in bricklaying work
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Skills**:

- Welding skills (preferred)
- Proficiency in masonry techniques, including bricklaying
- Knowledge of power tools used in masonry work
- Experience working on roofs (preferred)
- Carpentry skills (preferred)
- Ability to use hand tools effectively

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
