You must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.
**Salary package and benefits for the Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator position include**:

- Basic £20,000-£22,000 depending on experience
- OTE £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
- £2,500+ extra for referral fees

**The skills needed for this Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator position will include**:

- Must have experience either as a Senior Sales Negotiator or experience as a Sales Negotiator within the Property Industry

- Well spoken and presented
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Be able to work well within a team
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner

**The role of the Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator will entail**:

- Assessing buyers & Sellers particular needs
- Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
