**Tractor Driver, Excavator Driver, General Operative**

Kestrel is growing fast and needs new staff

Reliable, enthusiastic, hard-working outdoor operatives needed to join our team. Ideally you will have some or all of the following skills and attributes:

- Car Driving Licence (essential)
- CSCS Card or relevant accreditation
- Tickets for Tractor/Digger/Dumper/Forklift
- Safety-conscious, mature attitude to work
- Experience of driving heavy machinery, for example tractor, excavator, dumper
- Experience operating agricultural type machinery such as cultivators, seeders, fertiliser spreaders, laser guidance, harrows, rollers, mowers
- Knowledge of working on construction sites - familiarity with health, safety and environmental requirements
- Strong team ethos with willingness to work long hours on occasion to get the job done

Other considerations:

- The role involves physical work as well as driving machinery and requires patience and a can-do attitude

- Good character references are required
- We provide branded clothing and safety equipment
- Our HQ is near Basingstoke but most days you'll be working out on customer sites, a van may be provided for you to drive directly to sites
