Our client is a highly successful, growing and customer-centric disaster response business with a fast-paced environment, a company that cares about delivering quality over quantity, and ensuring the success and development of their employees.

The Claims Handler position is a permanent, office-based role that will involve managing a portfolio of HNW Property Claims, and coordinating various internal/external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering outstanding communication with all parties involved in the claim, including policyholders, insurers, adjusters, and sub-contractors.
- Triaging the initial instruction and instructing all relevant parties as needed.
- Managing expectations effectively.
- Producing clear, effective estimates and other reports.
- Managing all claims related administration.
- Providing recommendations for the best solutions and approach on claims.

**Key Requirements**
- Previous Property Claims handling experience is essential, with experience within High Net Worth and Complex Loss preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Office 365.
