**About Us**:
What do you get from us? Encouragement, support and flexibility. The collaborative Primary Care Network has a penchant for education in many different forms and each practice is a well-established training environment.

The soft info: The staff are awesome. There are supportive peer groups in place; with reflection and learning opportunities and Partners who will encourage you. Everyone's door is always (metaphorically) open, and we encourage discussion and chat throughout the day.

The small print: There are 5 practices in the network covering a population of 53,200. The network employs a pharmacy team, a social prescribing team and two physician associates, with more to come. Both practices are fully multidisciplinary, with both practices training GPs and UEA medical students.
