Senior Supervisor

R & K Drysdales are recruiting for a senior supervisor to join the Sprouts department.

The role will be overseeing the Sprouts Grading and Peeling departments, assisting the managers in each department.

Flexibility is key for the role as hours can be long and shifts may vary including weekend work.

The primary roles will be:

- Daily operation of departmental output (sold goods) and input (labour and raw product).
- Understanding and implementing customers technical, legal and quality specification
- Monthly/Weekly/Daily Labour Planning.
- Daily plan creation.
- Predicting daily labour variance and taking actions to improve variance.
- Daily Plan adherence escalation.
- Progressing absence, disciplinary, and H&S issues.
- Ensuring all staff fully trained in relevant tasks.
- Long term planning for seasonal volume changes.
- Ensuring KPIs updated by end of shift.
- Developing skills to provide suitable cover during Manager absence.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
