**Your Role**

Vita Student seeks an experienced, passionate, and committed Groundsman. This is a very hands-on role as we prefer to complete as much work as possible internally, providing a friendly, quick, and efficient service to our residents. In a customer facing environment you will be responsible for keeping and maintaining the residence grounds to the highest standards

**Role Responsibilities**
- Tidy and maintain orchard and whole site
- Grounds clear of any litter
- Rotate and empty bins
- Landscaping (maintaining relationships with contractors)
- Bike maintenance
- Window cleaning
- Check for any pest activity
- Completion of maintenance faults against the Customer Charter
- Expenditure against budget, health and safety reports
- Any other duties deemed necessary by the company

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Cardiff City Centre: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
